Welcome to Empowered Pathways. By accessing this website, submitting information, or participating in any Empowered Pathways program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Educational Purpose
Empowered Pathways provides educational, leadership development, entrepreneurial exploration, and personal growth experiences for teens. The program is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Empowered Pathways does not provide licensed psychological counseling, therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or accredited academic instruction.
Eligibility
Programs are intended for students ages 14–18 with parent or guardian consent where applicable.
By registering a minor participant, the parent or legal guardian represents that they have authority to consent to participation.
Participation Expectations
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students.
Harassment, bullying, inappropriate conduct, disruptive behavior, hate speech, threats, or repeated violations of community expectations may result in removal from the program without refund.
Virtual Participation
Programs may be conducted virtually through online platforms such as Zoom or similar services.
Participants are responsible for maintaining appropriate internet access, devices, and technology needed to participate.
Intellectual Property
All Empowered Pathways materials, curriculum, videos, worksheets, branding, graphics, written content, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Empowered Pathways unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, sold, or shared without written permission.
Payment Terms
Program pricing, payment plans, and enrollment terms will be provided at the time of registration.
Failure to complete required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of participation.
Refunds
Refund policies are governed separately under the Empowered Pathways Refund Policy.
Recordings
Certain sessions may be recorded for educational, replay, safety, or administrative purposes. Participation in virtual sessions constitutes acknowledgment that recordings may occur.
Parents or guardians may request additional information regarding recordings before enrollment.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in Empowered Pathways is voluntary.
Empowered Pathways and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, academic, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from participation in the program or use of this website.
No guarantees are made regarding personal growth, academic achievement, business success, financial outcomes, or future opportunities.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
