Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Empowered Pathways website, application and registration process, program materials, virtual services, in-person services, and related communications.

Empowered Pathways is a program offered by 1 Empowered, a registered fictitious name of Divine Numbers by Brianne LLC. In these Terms and Conditions, “Empowered Pathways,” “1 Empowered,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Divine Numbers by Brianne LLC and its authorized representatives when applicable.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an application, registering a student, making a payment, reserving scholarship funds, or participating in the program, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges these Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment is not complete until the student has been accepted, registration has been submitted, all required agreements have been completed, and the applicable private-payment or scholarship requirements have been satisfied.

Parent or Guardian Authority

Registration must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult who has legal authority to consent to the student’s participation.

By registering a student, the adult completing registration confirms that:

  • The information provided is accurate and complete

  • They have authority to authorize participation

  • They have reviewed the applicable program policies

  • They agree to communicate relevant changes affecting the student’s participation, safety, or support needs

Program Eligibility and Acceptance

Empowered Pathways is designed for students ages 14 to 18.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, or placement in a particular cohort. Applications may be evaluated based on program fit, readiness to participate, available space, cohort balance, scheduling, and the program’s ability to reasonably support the student’s needs.

Empowered Pathways may decline an application when the program is not an appropriate fit or when space is unavailable.

Program Description

Empowered Pathways is a 12-week educational and personal development program that may include:

  • Self-discovery and strengths assessments

  • Leadership and communication development

  • Emotional awareness and self-regulation practices

  • Creative and reflective activities

  • Career, education, and entrepreneurial exploration

  • Financial-awareness and practical life-skills education

  • Student projects, presentations, and a final showcase

The program may be delivered through a virtual cohort, an in-person cohort, or another format clearly described during registration.

Educational Scope

Empowered Pathways provides educational and personal development programming. It does not provide licensed therapy, psychological counseling, mental health treatment, medical services, legal advice, individualized financial or investment advice, accredited academic instruction, career placement, or employment services.

Additional limitations are explained in the Educational Disclaimer.

Tuition and Payment

The program price, available payment options, payment schedule, and scholarship instructions will be disclosed before registration is completed.

Private-pay families are responsible for completing all payments according to the option selected during registration.

Selecting a payment plan divides the total tuition into scheduled payments. It does not create a pay-per-session arrangement.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or cancellation of participation, subject to applicable law and any written arrangement approved by Empowered Pathways.

Step Up For Students Funding

Eligible Florida families may be able to use available Step Up For Students scholarship funds through the EMA Marketplace.

Scholarship eligibility, available balances, purchasing eligibility, reservation approval, and payment approval are determined by Step Up For Students.

Families are responsible for:

  • Maintaining an active and funded scholarship account

  • Confirming that the program is eligible for their student

  • Reserving sufficient funds when required

  • Completing all necessary EMA Marketplace actions

  • Monitoring scholarship communications and deadlines

Acceptance into Empowered Pathways does not guarantee scholarship approval or payment.

If scholarship funding is denied, unavailable, delayed, canceled, or insufficient, the family must select an available private-payment option to secure or continue enrollment.

Step Up For Students transactions will be handled according to applicable program requirements and law.

Refunds and Cancellations

All cancellations, withdrawals, missed sessions, payment-plan obligations, transfers, program changes, and refund requests are governed by the Empowered Pathways Refund Policy.

The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, arrive prepared, participate respectfully, and make reasonable efforts to complete program activities.

Families should notify Empowered Pathways when an absence is unavoidable.

Missed sessions do not automatically entitle a family to a refund, credit, tuition reduction, replacement session, or extended program access.

Private replay access or supplemental materials may be provided when available but are not guaranteed in every circumstance.

Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully toward other students, families, the facilitator, facility personnel, guests, and service providers.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech

  • Threats, intimidation, or intentionally harmful behavior

  • Repeated disruption of sessions or activities

  • Inappropriate sexual content or conduct

  • Sharing another participant’s private information

  • Unauthorized recording, photography, screenshots, or distribution

  • Misuse of online platforms, chat features, materials, or recording links

  • Conduct that creates a safety concern or substantially interferes with the program

Empowered Pathways may contact a parent or guardian, establish participation conditions, temporarily restrict access, or remove a student when reasonably necessary to protect participants and the program environment.

Any refund following removal is subject to the Refund Policy, applicable law, and the circumstances involved.

Virtual Participation

Virtual participants are responsible for having:

  • Reliable internet access

  • A compatible device

  • Working audio and video when required

  • Access to assigned platforms

  • A reasonably appropriate location for participation

Empowered Pathways is not responsible for interruptions caused by a participant’s equipment, internet connection, software, account access, or home environment.

Students and families must protect private meeting links, passwords, classroom access, files, and recordings from unauthorized use.

Recordings and Media

Virtual sessions may be recorded for private educational review, missed-session support, administration, safety, and recordkeeping.

Students and parents will receive notice of recording practices. Students must acknowledge recording before participating in recorded sessions.

Public promotional use of a student’s name, image, voice, likeness, presentation, or work is optional and requires separate permission.

Recording and media practices are further governed by the Media and Recording Release, Privacy Policy, and Parent and Guardian Consent Agreement.

Participant Recording Restrictions

Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, download, copy, publish, post, transmit, or distribute:

  • Live sessions

  • Private replay recordings

  • Student presentations

  • Group discussions

  • Chat messages

  • Another participant’s image, voice, name, or work

  • Private program pages, links, or communications

Exceptions require prior written permission from Empowered Pathways and all other permissions required by law.

Program Materials and Intellectual Property

Empowered Pathways owns or has permission to use its curriculum, workbook content, facilitator materials, videos, graphics, branding, written content, exercises, downloads, presentations, and other program materials.

Program materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use only.

Unless written permission is granted, materials may not be:

  • Copied or reproduced for others

  • Resold, licensed, or commercially used

  • Shared publicly or posted online

  • Used to teach or create a competing program

  • Recorded, modified, or distributed

  • Uploaded to a shared database, artificial-intelligence system, or public resource

Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original artwork, writing, ideas, projects, and presentations.

Submitting work for program participation gives Empowered Pathways limited permission to review, display, discuss, and use the work privately as reasonably necessary to provide the program.

Public use of identifiable student work requires the applicable promotional permission.

Third-Party Services and Assessments

The program may use third-party platforms for website hosting, forms, payments, email, video conferencing, classroom communication, file storage, scholarship administration, and educational assessments.

Students may be directed to external websites for personality, strengths, values, interest, learning-preference, or career-exploration activities.

Empowered Pathways does not control and is not responsible for every term, privacy practice, accessibility feature, security practice, service interruption, result, or content provided by a third party.

Families are encouraged to review third-party terms and privacy policies before use and to avoid submitting unnecessary personal information.

Health, Safety, and Emergency Information

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency-contact information and disclosing relevant allergy, health, accessibility, behavioral, or support information that may reasonably affect participation.

Empowered Pathways is not a healthcare or emergency-response provider.

If a situation appears to involve an immediate threat to a student or another person, Empowered Pathways may contact the parent, emergency contact, facility personnel, emergency services, or another appropriate authority.

Privacy and Data Protection

Information collected through the website, application, registration, payments, scholarship process, communications, and program participation is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Families are responsible for protecting their own account credentials, meeting links, private recordings, and program materials.

  • Gain unauthorized access to forms, accounts, files, or private pages

  • Upload harmful code or misuse website features

No Guarantee of Results

Empowered Pathways does not guarantee any particular academic, personal, emotional, financial, entrepreneurial, educational, career, or employment outcome.

Student experiences and results depend on many individual factors, including participation, effort, circumstances, interests, needs, and decisions made outside the program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empowered Pathways is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party platforms, educational materials, or voluntary participation in the program.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions waives rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Program Changes and Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Empowered Pathways may make reasonable changes to content, scheduling, delivery methods, technology, location, or session structure when necessary.

Sessions may be rescheduled, relocated, moved online, or otherwise adjusted because of severe weather, facility closure, illness, technology failure, public emergency, government action, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

When practical, families will be notified and an appropriate alternative will be offered.

Electronic Communications and Agreements

Families consent to receive application, registration, scheduling, payment, scholarship, safety, and program-related communications electronically using the contact information provided.

By entering a name, selecting required acknowledgments, and submitting a form, the person completing the form intends to sign and agree electronically to the applicable terms.

Changes to These Terms

Empowered Pathways may update these Terms and Conditions as program practices, technology, or legal requirements change.

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting enrolled families will be communicated when reasonably appropriate.

Changes will not be applied retroactively when doing so would materially reduce an enrolled family’s existing rights unless permitted by law and appropriately communicated.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be addressed in an appropriate court with jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent legally permitted.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the registration form and the policies incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing participation.

Any exception or modification must be confirmed in writing by Empowered Pathways.
