Take the first step toward a 12-week journey of self-discovery, confidence, leadership, creativity, and real-world preparation. Empowered Pathways is designed for teens ages 14–18 who are ready to better understand themselves and begin creating a future that feels meaningful and authentically their own.

Is It a Good Fit?
Empowered Pathways is for teens ages 14–18 who are willing to explore their strengths, build confidence, develop new skills, and think more intentionally about their future. No previous leadership, business, or public-speaking experience is required.

Program Details
The program includes twelve weekly 90-minute sessions, a printable personal student workbook, interactive activities, career and future exploration, practical life skills, and a final showcase. Tuition for the complete program is $750.

What Happens Next?
Brianne will personally review each application. Accepted families will receive a private registration link with enrollment, payment, and Step Up For Students instructions. No payment is required to apply.

Virtual Daytime Cohort
Wednesdays

Final Showcase:
Wednesday, December 9 and Friday, December 11
10:00–11:30 a.m. Eastern Time
Virtual students will be assigned one showcase presentation date. Families are invited to attend their student’s showcase.
Virtual cohort sessions will be recorded and made available privately to enrolled families for educational review and missed-session support. A complete recording acknowledgment will be included during registration.
In-Person Evening Cohort

Final Showcase:

Families are invited to attend the final showcase.
Step Up For Students Direct-Pay Provider
1 Empowered is an approved Step Up For Students direct-pay provider in the EMA Marketplace. Eligible Florida families may use available scholarship funds toward tuition for the Empowered Pathways program.
If you plan to use scholarship funds, indicate that in your application. Accepted families will receive instructions for locating 1 Empowered in EMA and reserving funds for the Empowered Pathways program.
Scholarship eligibility, available balances, and funding approval are determined by Step Up For Students. To use the direct-pay option, the student must have an active, funded scholarship account with at least $750 available to reserve for Empowered Pathways. Families without sufficient available funds must select a private-payment option.
