By enrolling a student in Empowered Pathways, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating student.

• I authorize my student to participate in Empowered Pathways virtual programming and activities.

• I understand the program includes group discussions, educational activities, leadership development, entrepreneurial exploration, and collaborative participation.

• I understand that participation occurs virtually and may involve online communication platforms.

• I acknowledge that respectful participation and appropriate behavior are expected at all times.

• I understand that certain sessions may be recorded for educational, administrative, or replay purposes.

• I understand that Empowered Pathways is an educational and personal development program and does not provide therapy, counseling, medical services, legal advice, or accredited academic instruction.

• I understand that individual outcomes may vary and no guarantees are made regarding personal, academic, financial, or business outcomes.

• I understand that I am responsible for providing accurate registration and emergency contact information.

• I understand that Empowered Pathways reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or harmful to the group environment.
