Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
Empowered Pathways is committed to providing a meaningful and supportive educational experience. Due to the limited enrollment nature of the program and advance preparation involved, the following refund policy applies.
Enrollment Deposits
Any enrollment deposit paid to reserve a student’s space may be nonrefundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.
Program Tuition
Refund requests submitted at least 14 days prior to the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund minus any nonrefundable deposit or administrative fees.
No refunds will be issued after the program has officially begun unless otherwise required by law.
Payment Plans
Participants enrolled in payment plans remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Missed Sessions
Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed live sessions.
Where available, replay access or supplemental materials may be provided at the discretion of Empowered Pathways.
Program Changes
Empowered Pathways reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, session dates, or program content when reasonably necessary.
If Empowered Pathways cancels a program before it begins, participants may receive a refund of payments made.
Removal From Program
Participants removed due to violations of community expectations or conduct policies may not be eligible for refunds.
