Educational Disclaimer

Effective Date: July 2026

Empowered Pathways provides educational, leadership development, personal growth, and future-readiness programming for teens ages 14 to 18.

All discussions, activities, assessments, resources, presentations, and materials provided through Empowered Pathways are intended for general informational and educational purposes only.

Professional Services

Empowered Pathways does not provide:

  • Licensed therapy or psychological counseling

  • Mental health diagnosis or treatment

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

  • Legal advice

  • Individualized financial, tax, or investment advice

  • Accredited academic instruction

  • Career placement or employment services

Program activities involving emotional awareness, self-reflection, stress management, mindfulness, movement, or self-regulation are educational practices. They are not substitutes for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.

Assessments and Educational Tools

Empowered Pathways may use third-party personality, strengths, values, interest, learning-preference, or career-exploration assessments.

These tools are provided for educational reflection and discussion. They are not clinical evaluations, psychological diagnoses, professional certifications, or guarantees of a student’s abilities, personality, career path, or future success.

Assessment results should be considered one source of information rather than a fixed definition of the student.

Financial and Entrepreneurial Education

Any discussion of budgeting, credit, saving, investing, business, entrepreneurship, income, or financial decision-making is provided for general educational purposes.

Students and families should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making significant financial, tax, legal, investment, educational, or business decisions.

Individual Results

Every student’s experience is different. Participation does not guarantee:

  • Academic improvement

  • Emotional or behavioral changes

  • Increased confidence

  • Admission to a school or educational program

  • Employment or career placement

  • Business creation or financial success

  • Any specific personal or professional outcome

Parent and Student Responsibility

Parents, guardians, and students remain responsible for their own educational, personal, medical, mental health, legal, financial, and career decisions.

Families should seek support from appropriately licensed or qualified professionals when a student needs services beyond the educational scope of Empowered Pathways.

Emergency and Mental Health Concerns

Empowered Pathways is not an emergency, crisis-response, or mental health treatment service.

If a student may be experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 911 or an appropriate emergency service. In the United States, individuals may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
