Who is Empowered Pathways designed for?
Empowered Pathways is designed for teens ages 14–18 who are interested in building confidence, exploring their strengths, developing leadership skills, and learning more about creative and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Does my teen need business experience?
Not at all. Students are not expected to have prior business knowledge or entrepreneurial experience. The program is designed to help teens explore ideas, build confidence, and develop practical real-world skills in a supportive environment.
Is this only for students who want to start a business?
No. While entrepreneurial thinking is part of the program, the larger focus is personal growth, leadership, creativity, communication, confidence, and future exploration. Students do not need to want to own a business to benefit from the experience.
What if my teen is shy or introverted?
Many students benefit from having a supportive environment where they can gradually build confidence and feel more comfortable sharing ideas and participating in discussions. Students are encouraged to participate at their own pace while continuing to grow throughout the program.
Is this program only for homeschool students?
No. Empowered Pathways is open to homeschool, public school, private school, hybrid school, and alternative education students.
How are the sessions held?
The program is held virtually through live online group sessions, allowing students from different locations to participate together.
How long is the program?
Empowered Pathways is a 12-week live virtual cohort experience beginning in September 2026.
What kinds of topics will students explore?
Students will explore topics related to leadership, communication, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, confidence building, self discovery, goal setting, collaboration, and real-world life skills.
Will students have homework?
Students may receive optional reflection activities, brainstorming exercises, or project development ideas between sessions, but the program is designed to feel engaging and manageable alongside other school responsibilities.
What is the final showcase presentation?
At the end of the program, students will have the opportunity to share a project, business idea, creative concept, future pathway, or personal vision with invited family members in a supportive showcase environment.
How many students will be in each cohort?
Each cohort will be intentionally limited to a maximum of 20 students to create a supportive, engaging learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, accountability, and meaningful connection while ensuring each student feels seen, heard, and personally supported throughout the experience.
What is the cost of the program?
The investment for the Fall 2026 Empowered Pathways cohort is $750 for the full 12-week program. Payment plan options may be available.
