Empowered Pathways may record certain virtual sessions, presentations, workshops, or educational activities for educational, replay, administrative, safety, or promotional purposes.
By participating in Empowered Pathways, parents or legal guardians acknowledge and understand that:

live virtual sessions may be recorded

student participation may appear in recordings

screenshots, photographs, or recordings may occasionally be used for internal educational or promotional purposes
Empowered Pathways will make reasonable efforts to use student information respectfully and appropriately.
No personal contact information or sensitive student information will be publicly shared without additional consent.
Parents or guardians who prefer that their student not appear in promotional materials may submit a written request to:
Empowered Pathways reserves the right to maintain recordings for educational, administrative, legal, or safety purposes.
